The SONY BMG platform is an intricately customized Drupal installation built for rapid artist site launches. All functionality and features are built into a comprehensive install profile and so all new artist sites can be rapidly provisioned and deployed, just requiring some custom theming to give each site a unique look.

Upgrading a custom Drupal framework is a delicate process, so when Sony needed to upgrade their platform and existing artist sites to Drupal 6, Treehouse got the call. Working with Sony's internal developers, teams and managers, we carefully analyzed segments features of their entire system and customizations they'd built on top of Drupal framework. Then we collaborated with internal and external developers to finish the platform upgrade in time for the P!nk site to launch.
